All the employees are very kind
Nobody answers the phone & charges fees even after you have made changes to your account. Don't recommend banking here!
There's never a banker available. Barely anyone to talk to, standing in line for a half hour just to be sent away to another location. Don't ever visit this place!
Just experienced racial profiling “banking while black at this branch. The gaslighting and lack of concerns about a consumers needs are beyond unethical. The attitude from the bank manager and the implicit and explicit perceptions that black and brown communities can’t have anything tangible is not okay. Worst experience ever the black lady here with the long colored braids was very disrespectful acting as though she was going to attack me all because they messed up my account then turns around and charges my account for a card they had order because of there mistake I believe I’m going to take this up with the BBB I’m disgusted with this location on all levels
