Strange to read the negative reviews! Recently moved all our accounts to this branch & couldn’t be happier. Friendly, personable staff that has bent over backwards to personalize our service. As for the app, it does everything we need & it’s always up! 5 stars
Customer service and tellers in the bank are great 5 stars As far as there customer service over the phone one star. If you want a bank unfortunately that charges you fees treat you as a number and and is a bank not a credit Union this is the bank for you. Chemical Bank and TCF where better.
