This bank is absolutely terrible!!! It was fine as TCF or Chemical but as soon as Huntington took over it’s been a nightmare to deal with this bank! I was trying to refinance my home and I started in July its now the end of October and this bank promised they would be finished by the end of August and I had my second closing appointment canceled yesterday after it was confirmed by my loan officer Mr Samuel Thomas.
