Such great customer service; always very patient, understanding and kind.
I am a business customer and bank have been banking with Huntington for years. I visited this branch instead of my regular branch as I was in the area. I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with the branch manager who was not only condescending and rude, he did not follow the bank policies that I was told by my regular branch. If this was the Huntington I had to deal with I would change banks immediately.
Not the best multiple experiences with this bank. Last straw for me today when we were waiting for multiple checks to clear from customers, gentleman at the counter so very happily says we couldn't process the transaction until those checks cleared. It may be funny for you, but not for us.. Have some empathy for your customers my friend... Went to another location, and they didn't even blink and processed the transaction.. do yourself a favor and go to another branch...
