I’ve had two issues recently with either my card or with money being stuck in the ATM at another location and I went to the location on Hall and Hayes for both issues and both times that location was not able to help me. So I went to my home location in Orion Twp and both times the staff was kind and helpful. The first time I came here the teller had me in and out, problem fixed, in less that 10 minutes. when I spent 40minutes at the other location the day before. Will never do a noon appointment to open a business account. Turned away business to make sure they get their lunch break.

I am a business customer and bank have been banking with Huntington for years. I visited this branch instead of my regular branch as I was in the area. I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with the branch manager who was not only condescending and rude, he did not follow the bank policies that I was told by my regular branch. If this was the Huntington I had to deal with I would change banks immediately.
