Worst customer service ever. If you are thinking about opening a new bank account with this bank and especially at this location, my suggestion is do not. Worst bank in Lyons or Berwyn. You asked it for two types of ID, I have you two but you said no digital version. You said you told me about the IDs, don't lie to me that you mention all the types of ID. I was on time for my appointment, you were not and asked me to wait. Don't give an attitude when you are wrong. At least look me in the eyes.

I've found the ATM out of service very often when the branch is closed resulting in a lack of availability of funds

This is the worst branch bank inside a Jewel. I was turned away because of short staff???. I wanted to open a checking account. What kind of banking service turns away customer in the community??? This is lack of management and employees not doing their jobs. Where is the area manager??? I do not recommend this bank to anyone! I went to another of their banks in Cicero, Il on Cermak Road hoping to open my new checking account and to my surprise, I was told I had to make an appointment!!! Close these “banks”!!!!! ATM at huntington bank never works. When you ask the bank workers about it they say, we don't know. They turned my debt card off without my authorization plus charged me for a charge i didn't make. This bank use to be reliable.
