Been with Huntington for five years and the service has gone down hill and the issues continue to increase. The branch is never open when you need it and they are closed on Saturdays. In the past month, the ATM "ate" $800 and it took a week to get it credited to my account. Next, I attempted to do a mobile deposit which wouldn't work and so I made a deposit at the ATM. The entire staff helped me with a unique problem. I needed certified funds for a quick move, and my existing bank (Cadence) is merging with Huntington. The merger has not completed, and I could not access money to get a certified check. Nathan would not give up on us! He made sure we could get certified funds, no matter how long it took to solve our problem. I look forward to the merger’s completion and to becoming a full-time Huntington customer!
