No welcome no greeting no eye contact stood in line for over a minute
I am very satisfied with the service at this bank. The employees are very friendly.
My old bank was acquired by HNB and I was expecting to break out in hives because I assumed there would be all sorts of problems, there hasn't been a single one. Whoever is managing this company knows what they're doing.
They want me to come back for a third time now to open a simple savings account. I was told to bring the wrong info the first time. The banker wasn't in the second time. Apparently they can't notify customers that they no longer have an appointment. Great waste of my time. Now I'll be spending my day shopping for a new bank for that as well as my other 2 accounts I've had with them.
