Probably one of the worst locations. Staff here is beyond unprofessional and rude. They don't diligently handle customers money. I has to call my original home back to make sure this branch didn't attempt to do any shady work with my account. The workers here seem extremely shady. I never knew you could make appointments to be seen at banks usually its first come first serve.
I've never had a problem with any of the staff. They are on top of the job. Whether they are from Southeastern or south Evanston, all are good. Like using the ATM, cause it's stocked with $50s, whereas the Jewel branch I also use just has 20s in their ATM.
My husband and I spent hours on the phone with this company after my father-in-law passed away. They would send us between customer service and probate, while never fixing the problem. No one gave us a possible solution! By the end of the 5 transfers, I was hung up on by the last representative. He was very rude!
Worst banking experience so far, it was for a new bank account that I made a visit to this branch at Peterson, solely because of its proximity to my place. The reception staff was polite and good, while the manager and other who are South Asians, they guy named fatemi and his manager are not at all helpful and stubborn.I was asked to get my personal student documents to open a bank account and was asking me about how I got my driver's license, I mean that's not your business dude, while on the call a day prior the lady confi... read more
Bank wouldn't let me deposit change. Id understand if it was alot of change. It is 30 dimes. They wouldn't take 30 dimes. Absurdly absurd. Closing my account on sheer principle.
