Most trash bank in all of the world
Staff is nice but the atm has been broken for months. Super inconvenient to drive to this location as its 20 minutes from me and unfortunately the closest one only to find the atm broken everytime. Having to wait until they open (10 minutes) to go inside and wait in line for an additional 10 minutes. When I could have gone through the atm and been done in 5 minutes tops.
Customer service is non responsive, office is non responsive. The ATM ate my mother's money and they're refusing to give it back even with the pictures she took after the machine errored.
Can't be bothered to man the drive through or fix the ATM.... Wow!
Please put a no star option for reviews but this bank is such crap every other day the ATM is down and they only have one so either you have to sit in the long drive through or go inside... Word of advice bank somewhere else you will definitely be disappointed with Huntington Bank. Again today can you guys not afford another ATM at this location clearly there's enough business
