After proving my identity I was told I have to go to a different location in order to retrieve my funds
I’d rather leave a review of the bank as a whole. The folks at this location and the women I worked with were absolutely great. However I went through an entire SBA loan process with them and was denied after being approved, they did get me a loan of less than 1/3 of the amount I needed. I wasn’t given the proper information needed and am currently in a terrible place financially. The cowadnace of the bank to actually call me and try to remedy anything is hilarious.
