Worst bank ever, not helpful, I wanted them to help set up my mom’s direct deposit and they told me no and were rude about it. Another time I wanted to cash a cashier check with them and they were so busy they told me no because they were closing and I was not able to stand in line even though it was 45 mins until they closed.

We have been long standing customers of Huntington Bank, so it would make sense that we would open an account for our 16-year-old son with the same bank. On the website, it says that you can open an account for a middle or high schooler with a co-signer and form of identification, which we chose his SS card. Only one form of identification is required. However, the lady refused to do so and said he needed a driver's license. This is NOT what is posted on the website.
