Rude teller who walked away from the window on me.
Worst experience I’ve had with a bank ! Manager didn’t do her job . And that’s why I couldn’t close my account
We have been long standing customers of Huntington Bank, so it would make sense that we would open an account for our 16-year-old son with the same bank. On the website, it says that you can open an account for a middle or high schooler with a co-signer and form of identification, which we chose his SS card. Only one form of identification is required. However, the lady refused to do so and said he needed a driver's license. This is NOT what is posted on the website. don’t use this bank. would not recommend any branch. just switch to a different bank.
I’d give zero stars if I could! The staff is so rude. Went in to open a bank account and right off the bat was greeted with a poor attitude. The girl that works out of the first office to the left when you walk in (kind of a bigger girl, fake blonde hair and long fake nails) is so unprofessional and should not be working in customer service! I’ll make sure not to recommend banking here.
