If I could give 0 stars I would! I tried using the better business bureau to help resolve and that has not worked either. I paid my $879,000 loan off in May. They have not released my titles, its now mid August. This is ridiculous! I don't know what else to do. Since the day I closed my loan I became a number in a huge bank. Their customer service sucks. 100% go with a local bank not a national bank like Huntington they are so bad!! Never again
