I went into this branch yesterday. Guadalupe was excellent. She has a positive upbeat attitude. It was my birthday and she made it even better. It was great to have an exchange that felt personal and not transactional! Thank you for the awesome customer service!!
Love this location all of the staff there is friendly!!! I never have issues with them. They offer the same services as a stand alone branch. They helped me get a lower rate on my auto loan! Keep in mind rates are based on credit scores.
Very disappointed with Kyle at this branch. I called about a loan and gave me a way better deal over the phone. I go in gave him all the information needed. Received an email saying congratulations I was approved for a loan. Higher then I was paying at the dealer and much higher that I was given over the phone. Maybe they ahould not saying anything until they know for sure. I feel I shoukd i stilll be honored the rate I was told . It was not my error I was given the wrong percent.
