This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had with an institution. They withheld my money from me for no reason. I closed the account out back in January. I still have not received my remaining balance. Now they telling me I have to wait for them send me a letter in which it was suppose to take 3 days of course still don’t have it! Opened my son’s first checking account and the pleasure to have Tierra help us today (my apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly!). Suffice it to say, she was absolutley wonderful! Your customer service was stellar. Thank you for everything10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
