Slow, can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tellers the only good thing about this awful bank .they need workers
Why does the ATM never work!
This bank has been very helpful and professional. I've been able to build good credit and secure small loans. Good customer service and teller support.
Waited 25 minutes at the window, someone showed up after me and left before me, albion Huntington is a lot better.
Marshall branch is extremely slow! Might as well plan on at least 15-20 minutes every time whether you go inside or use the drive through.
