Today (10/17/25) I called and asked to speak to a loan officer. I was told no one was available, but they would definitely call me right back. At the end of the business day no call was received. My overall banking experience with Huntington has been beyond frustrating time and time again. All their banks in Michigan and Ohio have bad reviews
This branch at one time was quick and service was spot on. Not sure what has happened but the last few times we have come to do any kind of banking it's painfully slow. And more than often the ATM doesn't work or down for service. Banking staff is friendly and is one of the only reasons I'm giving the second star. Friendliness doesn't make up for lack of speed.
I can never get anyone to answer the phone or call me back for that matter. Then when and if I do get to talk to someone they are nothing but short and rude!
Slow, can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tellers the only good thing about this awful bank .they need workers
