Poor record keeping and coordination amongst the branch and Huntington's main locations. Nobody seems to have a consistent story other than somehow it's not their fault and even if it is they don't have any records of it. Thankfully I don't bank here anymore.
I got there at 4:19 PM and they said it will take too long to open a savings account didn't even try banks are nothing but crooks
This branch is very understaffed and very slow. Making a simple deposit takes half my lunch break to do. Removing locations from Cub foods was a huge mistake. Those locations were quick.
