I went to the Grayling Huntington Bank around 9:15am thinking that could get right in an out, however Shannon L Sorenson decided to take and make several calls before seeing me. When she finally seen me she was absolutely rude! Most employees at Huntington are very nice. As an ex manager I understand that you have to ask questions but you do NOT have to talk down to or belittle people while doing it. I have been banking here for 2 years and I got a check for $800 from someone i worked for. It got marked as fraud and then still got deposited into my account. They proceeded to take that money back out (which made me unable to file a police report). They then took an extra $800 dollars from my account making my account go into the negatives. They now refuse to give me my money and closed my account. I hate this bank and they are thieves. I am not the only one they have done this to.
Been with this bank in Grayling a few yrs with no problems! They are friendly, efficient & understanding!
