Theu aren't my bank, but I had to cash a check. They were quick and friendly. If I was going to use a brick.amd mortar bank, I would definitely consider this as an option. Simply put, this was an amazing bank and an amazing experience.
I just moved here and wanted to open a bank with a local credit union. Teller didn’t inform me at all about any requirements I needed to bring for said appointment. Upon arrival for the appointment I was treated as if I was trying to run some sort of scam. I just moved here! I was trying to ask questions on what I need to do. If you just moved from out of state or a young lad looking for a nice local bank . I do not recommend this branch..
Tellers are friendly and always greet you with a smile. However, service is painfully slow and everyone at the branch(including loan officers) in my hometown seem like they’re still in training. I’ve never been to another branch of any bank that makes you wait in line behind the people in the lobby, when you’re in the drive thru. . 🤦♀️🤷♀️
