Bad business! Waited over 30 minutes just to get some changes. It was the manager too!
I went to the branch at 2100 good hope, and waited 7 min for someone to come to a teller window. I’m still standing here and it’s been over twenty minutes, so I’m giving them a review. The entire lobby is empty, so that isn’t a viable excuse. The whole time another associate just sat at his desk and did not communicate with me. I went up and asked if there were only two people working the entire branch, and he said the windows teller was going to the bathroom, and continued working at his desk.
