10/10 experience !! Charmain T. the teller is a real earth bound angel. I unfortunately had some fraudulent transactions concluded my account had been compromised, so my anxiety and stress has made me so worked up, til yesterday. She could tell immediately I was stressed out (also had my very hyper four year-old next to me) and she made sure I was calmed down and rest assured she was taking care of everything .
