Opened account online yesterday, 1/13/2025 because they were advertising a $600 bonus when you deposit 25K (google Huntington.com promotion). Entered 2 phone numbers (my google voice number and my cell sim number from Mint - they both ring same phone). I was able to access my online account and saved user/pass in browser. I added my other bank so i can do the 25k transfer today 1/14. NEVER use this bank!! They closed my account without warning, and my direct deposit from my work cannot be withdrawn. It's been 4 days since I was paid and still don't have access to my money. I have missed a car & credit card payment as a result. This has never happened to me. I don't trust banks now!
You absolutely need to figure out how to get help at this branch. It is the most unprofessional environment as well. Do what you need to do but I won’t be back and plan to withdraw all my money so I don’t have to resort to going there again.
Always willing to help with whatever issue you may have. Never a long wait if you need to go in and their ATM is a quick moving process as well. Customer service is very friendly on site and if you call the 1800 number for support. They make sure to do their absolute best to resolve what your question or problem may be.
