Their employees definitely need more training. Went in to add to our cd while I had a babysitter. He told me I couldn’t until the next year without being penalized and it was closed. I know I had 10 days to do it but he was adamant my time was up and would not do it. I had to go get my baby. Go home and get the letter and show him the dates that I was right. Then all of a sudden he could add to it. Please provide better training and customer service experiences.
