I do not bank here! However... In light of the Police officers and Fire fighter that lost their life on February 18th 2024 they did not lower their flag to Half Staff as ordered by the Governor of the State to pay Respect to our Fallen Hero's! Disrespectful!!!!
It's not the best Bank always has trouble with the ATM
I am a long time account holder with several accounts for myself and children. I went into this branch to open another account a half hour before closing. There were no other cars in the parking lot or people in the bank besides us and the employees. They refused to help us, insisting it takes an hour to set up an account. My husband opened up the account today and he was at the bank for a half hour. He did not have an appointment or all the stuff he needed. The customer service here is very lacking.
