Horrible customer service. TCF they are NOT!! Made an appt. to roll over a CD. Branch manager was rude and said they were short staffed and couldn't help me. I told them I made an appt. but he said nothing was on the calendar and I would have to come back. Extremely rude. During a previous visit, I went into the bank to make a transaction and was told they didn't have the staff to help me and I needed to go to the drive-thru for help, even though there was no one in the bank or the drive-thru. Unhelpful, bitter management. Would be better off at any other bank.
Stopped there to open up a bank account for my child. We were the only ones there with 2 staff. Had all of the paperwork needed and ready and we’re told by the branch manager that they didn’t have staff to help us. There were 2 employees and no customers and one employee was the manager.
The branch is awesome but the bank sucks
