They always take such Great Care of me ALWAYS!!!
Horrible customer service. TCF they are NOT!! Made an appt. to roll over a CD. Branch manager was rude and said they were short staffed and couldn't help me. I told them I made an appt. but he said nothing was on the calendar and I would have to come back. Extremely rude. During a previous visit, I went into the bank to make a transaction and was told they didn't have the staff to help me and I needed to go to the drive-thru for help, even though there was no one in the bank or the drive-thru.
