Managed to get the "error" fees credited back... it did take over an hour on the phone to get this done.....moving my rating to 2 stars from one... lets see what happens next month Watch your checking account statements closely folks. This bank likes to sneak in fees when you are not looking.... and then they give you a run around when you call them to get an explanation.
