I need to get this off my chest. Apparently, my husband has a join account with his own father due to because his father was incapable of reading, writing, dysfunctional and also an alcoholic, currently got paid by the government monthly. The people who work here are great, always have been. However, if there were some kind of award for "Most poorly maintained ATM in America" I'm sure this location would be a front runner. Not even just recently-- stretching back through history as well, this ATM has been out of service a comical number of times. My favorite is when it appears up and running, lets you get through every step of the transaction and then tells you "ahh no sorry bro, can't do it right now." Husband and I walked in this afternoon to open new accounts. Worst encounter we’ve ever had in a bank! Were told we could only open an account with an appointment, on days that do not work for us, and then rudely notified that they were short staffed. The bank was empty except for us. Employees need to be retrained on how to politely service their community. We have never been to a place of business, especially a bank, that refused to open new accounts. We will never set foot in Mio Huntington Bank again!
You need to be open till noon on Saturday's. People work during the week and cannot conduct business with you..
Miss Ashley is a Great manger I think. Very helpful, always has a smile, and always willing to help with what ever you need. I find some of the comments on here not the experience I have had at all. I have banked here when it was Roscommon State Bank, and every bank since. But, maybe I am not that hard to get along with.
