They're robbing me of 300 dollars. I asked today and apparently she can't get me my money. I explained the situation and still nothing. I called Saturday got a guy with the biggest attitude ever told me to call the customer number. I did got a very understanding guy (wished he was this bank helping me instead) told me to come in. Is that difficult to get me my remaining money?! I will be looking into different banks from now on. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!
It’s unfortunate that people are having 1 star experiences, but I think this bank is wonderful. The front desk and tellers are all friendly and helpful, and one of the bankers, Craig, is the most friendly and motivating banker I’ve met. He’s got me on the savings train with some upgraded accounts and it only took about 20 minutes. Looking forward to banking here more! Thanks yall.
Long lines and always rude
I recommend this bank to my mom because I have been banking with Huntington for years when they was Tcf. My mother lives closer to this location and opened her an account. She went in today 8/7 and was mis treated by a women teller and I don’t appreciate it. My mother is an elder and should not have had a horrible customer experience where she holds her money. Worst bank ever the ATM is down most of the time the employees, bank tellers are always so rude just not a good place to go to do your banking if I could give negative stars I would!
