I have a friend who currently banking with them. Saturday we're just talking and all of sudden she got some money out of no where and now she negative that much on her account. I bank with capital one so I suggest to her to switch.
I have a business acct here. Terrible customer service that is not helpful at all. I was locked out of my acct due to no fault of my own and now have to jump thru hoops to get anything back. Save yourself hassle and bank elsewhere
Very bad experience! Only had to deal with them and their misinformation due to them buying out TCF Bank where I had investments.
Shifty customer service on the 1800 # I called there customer service number my account was on hold for transferring $ to the account i was supposed to get a refund to my account a week ago didn't happen so I walked in and provided my social security card and they still haven't unfroze my account im sticking to pre paid cards can't stand babks
Choose any other bank if you have any choice in the matter. The ATM is almost always out of service which is very inconvenient. The amount of times i have flipped off this building is wild. Will be switching banks FINALLY.
