She helped me open my first business bank account, get set up with payroll and be compliant with state and federal laws which in the has helped me to grow my small business. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe this woman. She bends over backwards to assist me at every turn. Never have had an issue. The people are very nice and helpful, and I'm always able to go in and out pretty quickly!
I went to Huntington yesterday to open a checking account the incharge is not their so they give me an appointment on the next day at 2pm.So, I went there today they let me wait, the teller said " just 10 minutes" 10 minutes passbye still I'm waited until I ask again., "if she's here" the teller said.,YES she's here she has another client.again I'm waiting for 40 minutes until I couldn't wait anymore and leave the bank.. Friendly and attentive staff! They always call me by my first name, even the branch manager 😊 Easy withdrawals that are always done in a timely manner. Clean modern space, drive thru available for your deposits, several tellers available inside. It’s nice to have a bank like this one in Berrien Springs for your personal and business needs!
