If I can give zero stars on this branch I would, don't know if my opinion even counts but I feel like this Bank gave my mom Racial profiling because she Not a U.S citizen but she is a U.S resident, I recommend her to go to huntington Bank because I thought they where a good Bank. On Monday she went in there asking for a translator to help her communicate better with the Banker Michelle but for some reason there was no one to translate because supposedly all the tellers where busy, so the little bit of my mom English she try ... read more
That is crazy i had a similar experiance with my mother in law, we were reffered to this bank with high expectations, it was like a slap in the face, michelle was rude and unhelpful believe due to our hispanic decent, we just turned away from this bank and the huntington brand altogether
