Horrible I mean horrible ! They try to help you less and less so you never come and bother them again and start going to some other bank. I will never do any business with Huntington anymore and we actually have a business account here. I can go to Huber heights branch or englewood one and I get helped but here the try to make it difficult as much as they can. You can always count on excellent service at this Huntington location. The tellers are friendly and competent, and the manager is very helpful and professional. I'm always in and out quickly, and they make banking easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this branch!
I now understand why this Huntington branch has only 3.3 star average reviews. The tellers are fine and day-to-day banking is okay but if you have a problem or a special situation, may heaven help you. Management is awful, just terrible to work with. I'm closing my accounts here ASAP and moving to another bank. If you need a local, West Milton bank, try Abbey Federal Credit Union. They have 5.0 star reviews.
