Standard large bank in terms of services offered etc. Nice workers, albeit tragically understaffed through no fault of their own.
Keep in mind when payments that if they need to return a charge they will charge you for it. Twice. They took a return fee out of my bank account of $32.97 and then also charged a $20 fee to the card used. $52.97 extra for a ‘return fee’. Please note that this is not an ‘overdraft fee’ that’s something completely different then the ‘return fee’. I’d go anywhere else for your banking. Literally anywhere else. Unless you like being charged extra, hidden fees.
