I'm a long time customer I usually go to the Northfield branch but on occasion when in Hudson I go to this First Merit. They are very friendly and helpful. I have always been very satisfied with the way I have been treated. I like the fact that the staff there is around for a long time, I always like it that they know who you are and can even call you by name. They have a preferred customer program that offers free checking, safe deposit box rental and free money orders for a minimum balance. I find this a real money saver.

outstanding service I love this bank. When I go in Debbie always greets me with asmile and always remember my name , I have banked with first merit for 20 years, and have always been treat great. If your a customer they don,t charge for money orders or travel checks which is a plus.
