I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this Huntington branch today. My wife and I have a Platinum Perks Checking account and a Money Market account, maintain well over the required balance, and have never had an issue at any other Huntington location, until now. Our grandkids are visiting for Thanksgiving and recently became excited about coin collecting. I brought several hundred dollars in rolled coins to deposit, including a few dollars of pennies. This is my branch. The staff is amazing!
They are extremely helpful and friendly. Once I had a threat to my account and they mediated it and took care of my business. Also, I shopped around at other banks. They were the most accomodating for a small business.
