Had to wait 20 minutes and when I finally got in to have charges totaling $400 reversed, they told me to just call the number on the back of my card because "they don't deal with pending transactions." If you guys don't provide customer service to your customers why even have an open branch? I needed this solved IMMEDIATELY not in 3 hours when a rep finally answers the phone. It's already been 3 days. Be better to your customers.
There just gonna steal and mess with ur money don’t do business with them. im 19 first account ever and they closed my account and took a 553$ check from me there the worst!! So much trouble from a bank for no reason can’t wait till a new bank takes over that building.
