If you are wondering whether the terrible reviews for this branch are accurate, I can assure you they are. My wife is unfortunately forced to bank here, and our recent experience was a complete disaster. We ordered $200 in $2 bills over a week ago for an upcoming vacation. Before I went to pick them up, my wife called to confirm I could do the exchange. I can't say I know what other Huntington branches are like but this one is awful. It doesn't seem like they ever know what they're talking about, you can leave several messages but half the time they don't call you back and if they do they don't provide you the correct information. And you can't voice any frustrations or concerns or you're called "nasty" on the phone, even if you do it in a nice manner. There's a reason this location has an extremely bad rating.
Insurance companies and banks have all the money but yet this particular location cannot put in a new, stinkin' ATM! They pay for repair after repair after repair but are unable to pay $3 to $10 grand for a new ATM! How embarrassing!
