3 rd time I have drove all the way here to find the atm is out of service…….
Love this bank. People know you by name and are willing to help quickly. In a high traffic area like this, it is very refreshing to have personal service like that. Thanks for being an asset to our community!
Great service
The branch manager (unfit for this job) don't know the bank promotions and she is fully depending on customer brochure only. This is very very bad, in addition to that she is rude and don't have patience to understand the customer facing problems in the branch. She is not taking any responsibility for branch mistakes. These type of attitude effects the bank name and branch name also. Customers slowly won't come to branch. I am not interested to go to that particular branch just because of manager only. Sorry to say this.
I love Huntington bank, but this branch is terrible. I have multiple accounts with Huntington , ten's of thousands of dollars with them, but this branch has terrible customer service. You use to be able to walk in and speak to someone about CD's mortgage's etc, but now you have to make an appointment. So, I made an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon for 2 days later on Thursday morning. Thursday morning I left work drove accross town to make the appt only to find a sign saying Lobby closed today.
