I love Huntington Bank. Post covid this is the place to bank. They seem to have the formula as to how to do business with those living out a meager existence in the cell phone/cash app era of this the 21st century.
Completely inept, heartless and useless. Nameless bank manager won't even sit us down or introduce herself after we had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance; more or less kicks us out without hearing a word, in the middle of the lobby. To be treated this way after 40 years of banking is utterly shameful and beyond disrespectful. Our accounts will be closed very soon you can be sure of that.
Even though the customer service is good sometimes. This branch is always packed the ATMs never work. you go inside the lines are long it's never just an in and out situation. I really don't like this branch. It's just a headache an awful headache.
