Half the reviews are from people who should consult with a psychologist and seek mental therapy. Bank is great I come every week and same quick service, no issues. Yes if you come at 4:30 when there is a million people inside you might have to wait in line but come at a normal time and you’re perfectly fine. This bank stays constant and I can rely on them.
i waited for over 15 minutes in line not one of the tellers addressed the couple that was ahead of me or myself and when i asked how much longer will it take to get waited on one teller said im working on something and the other teller said im busy with another customer at least say something to the ones that actually came in the bank and just standing there i hope i never ever have to go in there again
Terrible branch. Seven people in line. Four cars in drive through. Two tellers. Three other workers doing nothing but talking pizza shops ! Over 20 minutes to make 1 deposit. Not worth the hassle.
People are obsessed with Beavers over there… great animal lovers !!
Kimberly is a freaking rockstar at this branch. Always helps me with whatever I’m needing which is usually minor service stuff. And today she helped me do a debt consolidation loan that will help ease some financial stress. She is the absolute best. 10 stars if I could give Them. Give that girl a raise and make her a manager somewhere because she is over qualified as a banker.
