I respect the staff at the Huntington branch in Mayfield Heights, OH 44124; however, I consistently experience problems when using their ATMs. Frequently, one of the machines is out of service, and at other times the machines may be operating but will not accept deposits, has no cash available for withdrawals, or encounters other issues. I am unsure whether this is due to a problem with the ATM contractor or another cause, but it creates a significant inconvenience, as I am often forced to visit another branch or delay my tr... read more
I had no problems opening or closing an account with this branch. The employees were kind and respectful even when I wasn't at my best. However, I gave them 4 stars because Huntington's customer service line is horrible.
Apparently you cant open an account unless you make an appointment??? Since when!? Ive never heard of that before. It was a huge inconvenience to plan getting all the kids together to get to the bank then wait in line for 15 min, just to be told I could make an appointment.
Half the reviews are from people who should consult with a psychologist and seek mental therapy. Bank is great I come every week and same quick service, no issues. Yes if you come at 4:30 when there is a million people inside you might have to wait in line but come at a normal time and you’re perfectly fine. This bank stays constant and I can rely on them.
i waited for over 15 minutes in line not one of the tellers addressed the couple that was ahead of me or myself and when i asked how much longer will it take to get waited on one teller said im working on something and the other teller said im busy with another customer at least say something to the ones that actually came in the bank and just standing there i hope i never ever have to go in there again
