Only Huntington I will personally go to. The tellers and everyone working there are always so pleasant and professional. Gia assisted me and went above and beyond my expectations. Makes me want to go into the bank instead of avoid it!
I was having a problem with an account trying to block someone from the account.I didn't have an appointment but, Michelle worked me in told me my options. Within a half hour she cleaned up my mess. Thanks for all good advice "she told me she was my banker ".I really appreciated hearing that A+.
I came in needing help getting a lean release letter on an auto loan that I paid off in 2016. I was helped by Megan Salerno and she was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She had to do a lot of digging to help find the correct information, but luckily was able to find the correct person at Huntington to contact. She worked with me at the branch and then via email for ~ 6 weeks to track down my old loan and have a release letter sent.
