My husband and I opened an account with this branch because we needed a bank closer to us since we just moved to the area. He is paid by personal check every two weeks from his employer that banks at the same bank and branch. I received multiple voicemails from a branch employee (Ashley) regarding transactions on my account. When I was finally able to answer the call, I was told that because they noticed I was using my debit card at a dispensary, I should begin withdrawing cash from a Huntington ATM before going in, and that continued card use at those locations could result in my card being shut off. I've been unable to sign into my online acct for 2years+ now. Been to the branch for help twice. Called the 800 number 3 times. Nobody has had a single clue how to solve the issue. Also, in the last year alone, the ATM has refused my COMPANY paycheck 4 TIMES. I WISH Chase would've stayed.
