Came in today with a cashier check and they wouldn't cash it. I was trying to put 80% of it into my account . But still no help. Im really thinking about closing this account out completely!
Their staff are uneducated and unable to explain how to properly handle deposits. They have given me the run around for a month and finally I find out that I'm unable to deposit it. Waste of space honestly and atrocious at explaining policies and procedures. I've been thru three tellers, all of whom told me different information. Save your money with another establishment.
