Waited in line for a notary, skipped over for others in line twice, people that walked in after that new people behind the counter. Not the first time this has happened either.
The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming
Extremely rude employees.i can easily say this is the worst banking experience I have ever had. Actually this is hands down the worst bank in Franklin county.they need customer service training badly. Huntington has no accountability for bad behavior.
I only use the ATM to withdraw cash and it is out of service 90% of the time both inside and outside. Incredibly inconvenient when the alternative is going inside and getting in line which is a guaranteed 30+ minute wait.
