I was discussing an issue with a banker and the Assistant Manager, Tammy Sehr, walked over to have a conversation with the banker as if I wasn’t standing there already engaged. I turned my attention to her and stated” I’m in a conversation with this man”. She gave me a wry smile and walked away as if she couldn’t care less.
Had an issue at the ATM and was told I’d have to wait a week for my account to be credited. The bank tellers and Courtney helped me out my getting account reconciled in two days. Great customer and care from all of the employees at this branch

Horrible after waiting 10-16 minutes teller went on a break I guess another lady came out still have not figured out what if anything she was doing If you are thinking about opening an account with Huntington be careful they have lost their customer service focus
