No staff to answer a phone call. I called 4 times in a row when they opened and finally left a message; no callback. Then called 8 times an hour later. Eventually, one person picked up and immediately put me on infinite hold. Hung up, and started calling again, and eventually they said they were too busy (Wednesday morning) with people in line, so it looks like they definitely need more staff at this branch.
What a joke of a bank. Poor customer service. Four cashiers and the line takes forever, mostly standing around talking in the drive-through line. They also screwed up our wire transfer for a real estate transaction. Avoid this branch if you can!
They do not answer the phone. I didn’t want to go until I knew something for sure. Called 10 times and they don’t answer. Ridiculous.
Why are the tellers not notaries? Perhaps it was an off day but waiting over an hour for notary services is unreasonable. Otherwise I’ve had exceptional service at this location.
