The worst branch in the entire state. I dread having to go to that bank. They are slow, condescending and difficult.
The only bank i will not use. Dropped my parents account for depositing too much cash as a business. As a contractor cashing checks my whole life from every bank, this is the only place i leave upset every time i go.
I called this bank to ask if there was any way my spouse could come in with my card to withdraw money since I currently have COVID. I fully understand policies and that the answer could be no — that was not the issue. The issue was how rudely I was spoken to by Michelle. I was told “absolutely not” in a very dismissive tone, with no empathy or attempt to help find an alternative.
