Completely ridiculous. It took over 20 minutes just to deposit cash into a checking account. Only two tellers working inside the bank, during the lunch hours on a weekday. Two other employees were sitting at their desks inside their cubicles doing literally nothing; not on their phones and no one in the spaces with them. Get up, get on a station and help people!
I wanted to come on here and leave this review for the branch manager Sharon, she helped get us answers in a respectable fashion on a pertinent business matter. She is truly the only reason Huntington Bank was able to retain myself as a client. Thanks again Sharon!!
