I went to the North Court Street branch today with so many concerns about my dad's accounts. Brandy Benson was AMAZING! I had been going to a different branch, and I always left with a bad feeling in my gut. Brandy is so Knowledgeable and kind, and I think I will finally get some sleep.
Sat in line for 30 mins with only 1 car in front of me at ATM...this place gets worse each year and worse employees who aren't as friendly nor competent at their jobs. Karen is the absolute worst employee here, please fire her, please. Most of my reviews that get a million views are 98 percent 5 stars but she's so awful.
DONE WITH HUNTINGTONI I don'teven want to give them one star.....After my checking account was hacked at HUNTINGTON, I closed it out and opened a new one. I was told I qualified for the $400.00 promotion they were offering at that time because it was a " new" account. Called them a few months later, Dean told me it wouldn't be deposited until I hit 100 business days. I called when it was 100 days and told no, I didn't qualify.
