Maria Fernandez (Branch Manager) of Warrensville Hts, OH branch informed me that I had a account in collections for $135.08. I paided off collection account with her. She then allowed me to open a new checking account & place $200 in my account. Next day I came into the bank to withdraw my cash, they tell me that my account has been FORCE CLOSED.
