Very poor service and waiting in drive thru for over 10 mins and was told be right back to you and not a single person inside the worst service ever time to find a bank who cares
Staff is great, have loved banking here since I moved. ... and i hear the ATM is fixed! Great local bank and the no fee at any ATM anywhere is fantastic.
the atm is always closed FIX THE GODDAMN ATM OR HIRE SOMEONE NEW TO FIX IT, ridiculous thinking about switching banks now.
Absolutely the worst bank. The ATM either takes your card and does not give it back, will take your money but won’t process it to your account, or it just simply is “out of service” almost every single day. Then you think to yourself “the drive through is open, I’ll just go there”. WRONG! The drive through takes literally 20-30 minutes to do a simple deposit. & it’s not just once or twice.
