I would highly recommend going to another branch. This one specifically only has a couple workers for BOTH the drive through and front desk. Took me over twenty minutes just take make a deposit. Those in the drive through looked to be waiting the same time.
I opened a Huntington Bank account online and changed my direct deposit to the new account. As soon as my paycheck was deposited, I was locked out of the account without any warning or explanation. When I called customer service, I was told the account was “under review,” but no one could tell me why, how long the review would take, or what I needed to do to resolve it. i like Huntington bank service not hidden charges
I was given news about an account that couldn’t be explained at the branch level and I was advised to wait for my answer in the mail. It was very unsettling to leave with no answer. He was very polite with his delivery and it was obvious outside of what he was able to answer.
