Customer service is terrible the wait time is ridiculous. They have been out of 50 dollar bills on multiple occasions. Someone needs to tell them they are a bank.
Hands down the worst customer service at this location. From the bankers to the personal bankers. Never fails to see to banks in office together laughing and talking it up when there is a long line. You get better customer service at McDonald's.. this location should be shut down or corporate should come in and fire everyone
Stopped in to grab some cash broken down in small bills. The service attendant was able to help me quickly and without any issues.
This branch gets it right every time. Business banking is complicated at times, but not with Hailey and Mike!
