Account overdrafted so I went to the ATM at this location to deposit money. On 10/3 It wouldn't accept any of it through the ATM. Get hit with a $25 overdraft fee because of the faulty equipment here.
I have always appreciated the great customer service I have always received since I became a Huntington customer. They make you feel valued and they make you feel like that. You are an important person no matter what problem you bring in their small or what you have to do. Highly recommend Huntington bank specifically the Ellwood city branch.
I want to first Note, I was a bank member of PNC and USAA prior to banking with Huntington. I switched over to Huntington about a year ago. Night and day difference. Huntington's customer support and banking are top notch. Ellwood is small town and it feels like a smaller town bank ( It's a good thing). Staff are Always warm and welcoming. They helped me and my wife a few times with Bank issues. I highly recommend Huntington.
