My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we get at the Iron Mountain branch. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. We are very grateful for Aimee who is so knowledgeable and always goes far and beyond to help us with all of our banking questions and needs.
Ive been a member of this bank for years, and wouldn't recommend it. It's been nothing but a hassle dealing with things from cashing checks, to getting a small loan with a good rating. FNB helped me more, as a new member, than Huntington has ever in the amount of time I've been with them. ** 11.1.24** Still the worst banking experiences I've had, to date. I cannot wait to transfer out the accounts I have with this bank. Do not recommend for anything, loans, or personal checking. Waist of your time.
It so not been a good experience.The manager has been very Deceptive Multiple times unfortunately. Please be careful. The lady will tell you one thing when it's actually another thing. I was just an outsider looking in with someone else. Thank god I don't bank with them. I would not recommend this place. I don't normally make reviews like this. But truly was surprised by how this person was played multiple times.
Aimee provided exceptional care. My visit required more than normal work. Aimee went above and beyond to make the process easy. Best care I've had at any bank.
