Went through the drive thru atm to deposit cash as I was in a hurry. The machine froze and the money jammed, finally it let me take the debit card out, but no money was deposited. Had to go into the bank to tell them their atm jammed. The curly haired branch manager was very rude, insinuating that I was lying and super unhelpful. Asked them to cancel a check and give cash they said they couldn’t do it after waisting 20 plus minutes of my work day they finally did what I had asked them to do in the first place, they are not helpful basically had to throw a fit to get them to do their job.
