Absolutely terrible. I went in with my girlfriend and tryed to set her up an account and they lady behind the desk told us that they couldn't set one up for her that day as their lobby was about to close. Then made up a bogus "appointment" to come back the next day. Now if you know anything about banks there isn't a schdual to set up accounts. By the way, we went to a separate branch were we learned that we could open one online and didn't need to be in the building but this branch didn't want to tell us that. They just want... read more
I go there all the time..it's less than 2 miles from my house..but the Tellers are to busy gossiping about everything to even get people in and out in a timely manner!😤
can’t believe i sat at the window for almost five minutes ignored by the woman sitting there. you can be busy and still acknowledge me. definitely switching banks soon. don’t even care about your customers.

I got there at 3:10, (yes I know that’s 50 minutes before they close) I needed open a bank account. The lady told us that we would just have to sit there for 10 minutes as she was helping another customer. I understand that it’s not a very quick process. The lady was still helping this person to only open their bank account still at 3:55. Mind you this person was already seated when I walked in. I chose to leave at 3:55 because that’s 5 minutes before they close. It should not take almost over an hour to open an account. I w... read more
